Booking Policies & Guest Guidelines
Appointments
- All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins and group bookings are not accepted.
- To secure your exclusive appointment time, a $50 deposit is required.
- For couples treatments, a $100 deposit per person is required.
- Deposits are applied to the total service cost and are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of your appointment.
Couples Room
- Reserved for two guests receiving services at the same time.
- Solo guests may book the couples room at the full couples rate.
ID & Credit Card
- For couples services, both guests must present valid photo ID.
- A standard $300 pre-authorization will be placed on a credit card at check-in. This is not a charge but a temporary hold, similar to hotel policies, to protect the custom spa setup provided for your session.
- If a card cannot be authorized, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Appointments
- We are a licensed professional spa. No illegal or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
- We reserve the right to decline service if safety or respect is compromised.
Cancellations
- 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or loss of booking privileges.
Refund Policy
At Sandalwood Wellness & Spa, we strive to provide every guest with an exceptional experience in a peaceful, private setting. Please review our policies before booking:
Services
- All service sales are final.
- We do not offer refunds for completed services.
Deposits
- A deposit is required to reserve certain services.
- All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
Packages & Prepaid Services
- Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.
- If you relocate or cannot use your package for medical reasons, spa credit may be issued with documentation.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
- They may be used for any service unless otherwise noted.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the deposit paid for that appointment.
