Booking Policies

Appointments

• All services are by appointment only. Walk-ins and group bookings are not accepted.
• To secure your exclusive appointment time, a $50 deposit is required.
• For couples treatments, a $100 deposit per person is required.
• Deposits are applied to the total service cost and are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of your appointment.

Couples Room

• Reserved for two guests receiving services at the same time.
• Solo guests may book the couples room at the full couples rate.

ID & Credit Card

• For couples services, both guests must present valid photo ID.
• A standard $300 pre-authorization will be placed on a credit card at check-in. This is not a charge but a temporary hold, similar to hotel policies, to protect the custom spa setup provided for your session.
• If a card cannot be authorized, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Appointments

• We are a licensed professional spa. No illegal or inappropriate behavior will be tolerated.
• We reserve the right to decline service if safety or respect is compromised.

Cancellations

• 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees or loss of booking privileges.
